Jokkadin Waterfall is a waterfall in Thong Pha Phum district, surrounded with mountains. It's quiet and beautiful with the fall flowing from 30-meters-high cliff. There are still not so many tourists coming to Kanchanaburi for this waterfall because it is quite far away when comparing to other waterfalls in this province. However, those who come to visit Thong Pha Phum district seem to be interested in this waterfall.
Jokkadin Waterfall is, in fact, a small waterfall, which has only 1-level waterfall. The water flowing from the cliff into the pond is available throughout the entire year, although in summer season the water is less than the others. Besides, the pond is quite safe because its floor is not steep. Visitors do not have to worry too much about their children.
As a small waterfall, visitors should be aware about not many facilities available in this area. There are no shops at all, so if visitors need something to eat, it is recommended to be prepared from home, and don't forget to bring needed equipments also. However, there is a toilet and camping area for visitors to stay with a tent available in the area.
The location of Jokkadin Waterfall is in Thing Pha Phum district, approximately 146 kilometers far from Kanchanaburi city and 60 kilometers far from Thong Pha Phum city. From car park area, visitors still need to walk for about 600 meters to the waterfall. Note that, a serious problem for visitors to visit this waterfall is a really rough road. Only 4-wheeled vehicle can only be a choice, especially in rain season.
