Nowadays, there are even tourists from westerns visiting this place. Naja Chinese shrine is located in Angsila's area.
Najasataisue Chinese Shrine has been established for a long time, approximately 20 years. At first, it was just a little shrine. However, the more time passed, the more extension applied. Now there are several buildings and structures in the area of this place, but the most important one standing right opposite to the entrance. This main building is four-storey building, where there are statues of chinese gods enshrining inside. There are also a big drum and a large bell for visitors to hit because they believe that it will good for their lives.
From outside, visitors can notice that this shire is a really large one. Perhaps, it is the largest one in Chonburi province. Once stepping in this shrine, don’t be surprised to see a lot of visitors especially Thais coming to respect to the Chinese gods. They also come here for trying to change their destiny for that year (many of them believe that some year might not good for them).
The location of this Naja Chinese shrine is not far from Angsila Jetty. Visitor can get there by driving from Bangsaen Beach to Angsila. It will be on the right, in that case. Although there are white Songthaews servicing visitors around this area (not pass Bangsaen Beach though), they are not come often. Visitors might need to wait for a long time. Everyday, the open time for this shrine is from 8.00 - 17.00 (Saturday until 18.00).
