For people who are looking for an accommodation in a convenient area in Bangkok, Lodge 61 Bed and Breakfast would be one of interesting choices. This is because it is located in a full comfort area, both in daytime and nighttime (pretty close to Major Cineplex department store and Seven Eleven). From this place it is also easy to travel around as it is near Ekamai-Station BTS Skytrain and Public Bus Transport at Ekamai Eastern Bus Terminal.

Lodge 61 has more than a hundred rooms of an 8-story building. On the ground floor, there are the area of the dinning in the front and the lobby in deep inside. Near the dining area, there is also a monitor for security CCTVs installed on every floor. This Lodge accommodation requests 1,000 Baht for a check-in deposit which can be refund after check-out. Rates of every room are included breakfast, starting from 7 am to 10.30 am. (The buffet breakfast served in variety of Thai foods, Thai noodle soups, and bread. Guest can also get a cup of coffee or tea).

For the room of Lodge 61, although it is a moderate size, there are enough space to fit the furniture and to walk around. The room is equipped with facilities such as a closet, a fridge, an LCD TV and free two bottles of water. The restroom next to the bed is ordinary, and there are provided 2 packs of soaps and shampoos, 2 large size of towels (no small towels and a shower cap). A key card is for opening the door room and electricity. Note that, booking the room through Agoda, free WiFi in the room will be included, but walk-in guests have to pay for internet access 40 Baht/day; the internet signal is pretty strong, though.

It seems there are not any big negative issues about Lodge 61. There are only a small things such as complementary drinking water in the room are no label on the bottles which are not informed the source of the water, there are no small size of towels and a shower cap (which is no big deal for some person). Additionally, room rates here include breakfast, whether guests want it or not.

There are convenient store, department store and also a lot of food around this place. For cons of this Lodge are, the price may be a little higher than the budget and bottles water with no labels. There is no shower cab and no separation of Bathing area in Bathroom, which has been a standard facility these days.
