KV mansion is an affordable accommodation closing to BTS Sky Train, about 300 meters from Onnut Station. There is a well-known convenient store like Seven Eleven across the street. In addition, Tesco Lotus, local market and shopping market are not far from the mansion. Rooms are clean and fully furnished.

KV mansion is a service apartment, which has more than 200 rooms of an eight-story building. It is in fact services both daily and monthly for rent. On the first floor, there is a lobby next to the entrance. A little deeper in side, there are an elevator and a restaurant of the mansion, where the restaurant opens 7.30 to 21.30. The food prices of this restaurant are similar to standard price outside; this is probably good for monthly residents as well. In the middle of the building, there is a big space set to be a small garden which makes good air ventilation of the building. In front of this mansion, there are a small coffee shop, and a hair salon. Seven Eleven is in the opposite side of the mansion.

The rooms of KV mansion are large, more than enough for two people. The room also comes with a balcony. The room is furnished with a shelf, a closet, a shoe cabinet, a sofa with a coffee table and a desk for working. In the case of facilities in the room, there are a TV with many channels, a fridge with two complementary bottles of water and free internet WiFi (pretty strong signal). For amenities in the bathroom, there are a hair dryer, 2 sets of big and small size of towels, packs of soaps and shampoos, a shower cap and cotton buds.

For the negative points of KV Mansion, checking out time is quite too early, before 11 am. A small street (Soi Sukhumvit 81) leads to the mansion has no sidewalk, where guests need to be careful a little about vehicles pass by.
